Order Dispatch and Delivery

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

• Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, LE11 will automatically send you a confirmation email.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

• For UK orders: Expect delivery within 3-4 working days after dispatch.
• For international orders: Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
• If your item hasn’t arrived, we must wait 15 working days before considering it lost or stolen.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

• Yes, if your order is placed before 11:00 am on a working day and stock is available.
• This service is only available within the UK, and the cost will be shown at checkout via LE11.

If Your Order Hasn't Arrived

• Check with neighbors or other residents who might have received it.
• Look in any safe places the driver might have left the parcel.
• Visit your local Royal Mail delivery office to check if they are holding it.
• Verify your delivery address to ensure the parcel was sent to the correct location.

For international orders, please contact your local postal service as their procedures may differ from the UK.

What if I’m not home for delivery?

• Royal Mail will leave a collection card with instructions to pick it up from the post office.
• For international deliveries, follow your local postal service’s procedure.

Delivery Service and International Postage

• Worldwide delivery is available.
• For international orders, items will be combined if the total weight is less than 2kg.
• Shipping fees are applied per item to ensure efficient delivery.

Damaged or Lost Orders

• If your order is damaged or delayed, please contact us before leaving feedback.
• Once dispatched, delivery is managed by the postal system, and delays may occur.
• We’re committed to resolving any issue, so contact our customer support team if there are problems.

Payment and Address Policy

• We accept PayPal,Master card,Vissa,Stripe,Gpay for payment.
• Orders are shipped to the address provided in PayPal. If you need delivery to a different address, update it in PayPal before completing your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

Faulty Goods

• Contact us within 14 days of receipt if your item is faulty. We will arrange collection and replacement.

Wrong Item Delivered

• If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 14 days, and we will arrange a replacement.

Change of Mind

• You can return goods within 14 days if you change your mind.
• Items must be in new, saleable condition with original packaging and tags.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• If returning for a refund, we will refund the item price and delivery fee but not the return shipping cost.

• All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
• The buyer pays return postage for exchanges or returns.
• Refunds will only cover the item price, not the original shipping cost.
• Returned goods must be in original condition, with tags attached, unused, and in their original packaging.
